Our care providers are trained in dementia care management and mental health support. Nursing and home health aide services are under the supervision of a registered nurse who makes regular home visits to ensure the health and safety of our clients. The employee supervisor conducts formal, written employee performance evaluations within 90 days and annually thereafter on the anniversary of the date of hire. We welcome the opportunity to help you with daily tasks that are no longer easy to manage.
HHA's and CNA's do not provide Homemaking and Companion Services, outside of their scope of practice, unless these services are also included in the Plan of Care with limitations. Our Registered Nurses provide skilled care to their patients. They also provide education and helpful instruction to family members. Our nurses work to enable their patients to live and function independently at home. At Assurance Home Health Care we are committed to our clients first. Assurance Home Daycare is a breast feeding friendly daycare. We nurture children’s emotional, social, physical, cognitive health and development. Your child will experience learning through music, gross and fine motor skills activities, free play time, reading time, learning sign language, arts and crafts, exercising and field trips. Our outdoor area encourages active play, sensory experiences and discovery with variety of elements including water, sand, playdoh, foam, rocks, paint, feathers and flowers.
